Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Training Delivery Manager. The role is located in Makati, but some work from home is acceptable. The Sales Training Delivery Manager will be responsible for developing and executing training programs, managing training schedules, conducting training sessions, and ensuring the effectiveness of training initiatives. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to identify training needs, creating training materials, and evaluating training outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute training programs for sales, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage training schedules and coordinate delivery of sessions.
  • Conduct training sessions and facilitate learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and define success metrics.
  • Create training materials and resources to support learning initiatives.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and data.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Training Management, Training & Development, and related skills.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective training programs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
