JOB SUMMARY:

The Training Assistant plays a key support role in the successful implementation of sales training programs. The Training Assistant ensures that training activities are well-organized, properly documented, and aligned with administrative processes and quality standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions: secure venues, send invites, prepare materials, and manage schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation decks, attendance sheets, feedback forms, and evaluation tools.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding and regular training sessions, including attendance monitoring and kit preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records of training participants, results, and feedback.
  • Manage inventory of training materials and supplies; raise requests for replenishments when needed.
  • Provide basic technical support during trainings whether in-person or virtual.
  • Consolidate training feedback, ratings, and assessment and prepare summaries for the Sales Training Specialist' guide in enhancing the presentation decks to address feedback.
  • Support the implementation of internal training programs including the Train-the-Trainer.
  • Liaise with internal departments for coordination needs related to training (e.g. IT, HR, and CSD-Admin)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient delivery of training programs and other related activities and events.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of 4-year course in Business, Education, Psychology, HR, Communication or any related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in relevant work in an admin, training, HR support, or office coordination role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word); Canva and similar applications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
