Job Summary
  • Reporting to the Training & Development and Governance Section Head, contribute to and deliver training, development and engagement strategies across the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Efficient and effective preparation, organization and execution of Training & People Development, including engagement programs and events/activities.
  • Plan, organize and execute training/learning sessions, people development programs, and activities supporting the Sales team (New Hire Learning Sessions, Soft skills, Functional/Technical skills, Upskilling trainings and eLearn courses).
  • Create modules and conduct training for external Sales Channels such as Branch Sales, Direct Sales and Telesales.
  • Identify and modify assessment tools for Sales team development and deliver feedback to Sales Unit Heads.
  • Co-facilitate People Development/Mentoring programs within the Credit Card Sales division.
  • Provide behavioral coaching to sales personnel.
  • Cultivate growth and development of supervised talents through coaching, development plans and regular progress feedback.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Communication or Marketing.
  • 1–2 years' experience in a training role, preferably in Card/Banking industry.
  • Experience with Training Cycle including assessment tool development, root cause analysis, instructional design and facilitation of Soft Skills and Technical Skills programs.
  • Experience dealing with various sales channels and managing diverse learning sessions/methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English and Filipino; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate).
