Overview Job Purpose The Sales Support Coordinator is a vital member of the Goway Travel team, responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support to our destination specialists. By efficiently managing bookings, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to process improvements, the Sales Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving the success of our sales operations. Job Details Job Type : Full Time, Permanent Location : Manila/Hybrid Reporting to : Sales Support Team Lead What will be your key responsibilities? Ensure all services are properly confirmed based on the requests of destination specialists, verifying details such as flight itineraries, accommodations, and activities. Input booking details into the company’s booking system, maintaining data integrity and consistency. Accurately process and manage bookings, ensuring all necessary information is captured and organized. Handle various administrative tasks, such as filing, document management, and report generation. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the sales support processes. Work cooperatively with all team members to support the achievement of work plan activities designed to achieve identified goals and objectives.
