The HR Staff is responsible for assisting the Key Accounts Officer in supervising daily operational activities related to the services provided to the members. He/She provides administrative and operational support and works closely with the Coordinators and Generalists to deliver high-quality and timely assistance to the members.
In general, the HR Staff is responsible for maintaining member satisfaction and serves as the liaison between the members and other internal departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Exposure in HR or administrative roles, particularly in handling payroll, employee benefits, and government-mandated benefits claims (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Experience in coordinating with clients, handling inquiries, and preparing various HR-related documents (e.g., memos).
- Familiarity with timekeeping (DTR) and payroll processes.
