What You'll Do
You'll be the kind of person who:
  • Outbound calling as your primary focus, supported by outreach via email and LinkedIn.
  • Qualifying outbound leads and identifying opportunities.
  • Building rapport with potential clients, not just selling.
  • Creating smart prospecting lists and targeting decision-makers.
  • Setting up meaningful meetings for our business development team.
  • Logging activities and staying organized in Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Collaborating with marketing to keep the messaging sharp and relevant.

RequirementsWhat You Bring
We're looking for someone with:
  • 6 months to 3+ years of B2B prospecting, appointment setting & sales experience.
  • Confidence in cold outreach & objection handling — and turning "no" into "tell me more".
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • A conversational style rather than a typical "salesy" approach.
  • A curious mind and an interest in identifying pain points, and providing tailored solutions to businesses.
  • Comfortable with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Self-driven, coachable, and team-oriented.
