Broadband Account Specialist Job Title: Broadband Account Representative BPO Location: Cebu IT Park Job Type: Full-Time About The Role We’re looking for a Broadband Account Representative to join our BPO team. You’ll assist customers with broadband services, answering questions, fixing issues, and ensuring satisfaction. What You’ll Do Talk to customers via phone, chat, or email. Help with broadband issues such as slow connections or service setup. Explain bills, packages, and account details clearly. Record customer details and updates in the system. Work with your team to meet goals (e.g., call quality and response time). Escalate complex issues when needed. Stay updated on broadband products and services. What You Need High school diploma (college is a plus). Good English communication skills. Basic understanding of internet and broadband is helpful. Calm under pressure and good at problem‑solving.
