Overview

We are looking for dedicated customer service professionals (Specialist/ Team Lead) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. For the Team Lead role, you will also lead, coach, and manage the customer service team to meet performance goals.

Schedule: Rotational / Night Shift

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Provide support for orders, product concerns, and after-sales issues.
  • Document and escalate cases as necessary to maintain service quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members (Team Lead).
  • Monitor team performance, implement KPIs, and optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and processes.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.
  • Has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience handling international clients is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred for Team Lead / Supervisor roles.
  • Willingness to work onsite in rotational/night shifts.
