We are looking for dedicated
customer service professionals (Specialist/ Team Lead)
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. For Team Lead role, you will also lead, coach, and manage the customer service team to meet performance goals.
Location:
Benguet (100% Onsite)
Schedule:
Rotational / Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Provide support for orders, product concerns, and after-sales issues.
- Document and escalate cases as necessary to maintain service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members (Team Lead).
- Monitor team performance, implement KPIs, and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and processes.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience
in customer service or related roles. - Has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience handling
international clients
is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Previous leadership experience is preferred for Team Lead / Supervisor roles.
- Willingness to work onsite in rotational/night shifts.
