About the role Tapa King Inc, a leading food and beverage retailer, is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple store locations in Paranaque City Metro Manila. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in driving the operational efficiency and business growth of our organization. What you'll be doing Manage a portfolio of Tapa King retail stores, ensuring consistent operational excellence and delivering strong financial and sales performance Oversee and coordinate the day‑to‑day operations of assigned stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service Provide hands‑on leadership and mentorship to store managers, empowering them to achieve their targets and enhance the customer experience Analyse store‑level data and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to drive revenue, reduce costs, and optimise efficiency Collaborate with the wider leadership team to develop and execute regional business plans, aligning store‑level activities with broader organisational goals Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations across the store network Foster a positive, engaged, and high‑performing team culture within the Area What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management or multi‑site operations role, preferably in the food and beverage industry Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering strong financial results across a portfolio of stores Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high‑performing teams Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to use data to inform decision‑making Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders Familiarity with retail industry regulations, compliance, and best practices Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field What we offer At Tapa King, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
