The team, consisting of experienced financial planners and support staff, offers a wide range of financial planning services to individuals, businesses, superannuation fund members, and trustees. As the team continues to grow, they are looking for a Client Service Administrator based in Manila, Philippines. The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the Financial Advisers in booking client meetings and following up clients where required. This role will follow a hybrid working arrangement, requiring on-site presence once a month in office, following Australian business hours 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila. Key Responsibilities Client Review – book appointments for Advisers. Receive inbound calls from prospective clients. Prepare review meetings packs including Annual Advice Agreement and Fee consent forms. Send pre-packs to clients where required. Provide administration support to Implementation Associates. Provide support to wider team as required. Skills, Experience & Qualification MUST have at least 2 years’ experience in financial planning. MUST have experience in financial planning processes, fund manager interactions and administrative tasks. MUST have proficiency in using financial planning software - Xplan.
