Extend2 Philippines is a professional services company supporting Australian based financial advisers.

We are expanding our operations and seeking a Full-Time Client Services Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, accurate, and timely paraplanning, reporting, and administrative support.

What You'll Do

As a Client Services Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of our financial advice documentation and client servicing as part of preparing and implementing advice for Australian based clients. You will:

  • Provide proactive, efficient, and high-quality support to financial advisers and clients

  • Assist in research, analysis, and preparation of Statements of Advice (SOAs) and supporting documents

  • Be proficient in Australian based financial planning software to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Follow all processes and procedures to meet operational goals, targets, and service-level agreements

  • Work independently and collaboratively to deliver accurate work in a timely manner

  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, trust, and continuous improvement

Key Accountabilities / Deliverables

  • Technical Support: Provide technical and qualified knowledge to advisers and the administration team, ensuring the correct implementation of advice and compliance with regulations

  • Reporting & Documentation: Draft client reports and prepare compliance packs for implementing advice in alignment with Australian standards

  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure advice documents are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time

  • Collaboration: Support advisers and administrative staff in delivering exceptional client experiences

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with an Australian financial planning firm

  • Experience with Australian based financial planning software

  • Experience in undertaking administration associated with Self Managed Superannuatiion Funds (SMSF's), including processing rebalancing, withdrawals, contributions and undertaking reporting

  • Experience having worked with Australian product providers, such as Hub24, Netwealth, BT Panorama, Macquarie and others

  • Strong understanding of Australian financial advice processes and compliance standards

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Strong written and verbal English communication

  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently from home during AEST business hours
