
Administrative Assistant – Client Communications

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our paddle court business with day-to-day administrative activities. This person will be the first point of contact for clients via chat, provide excellent customer service, and assist management with reporting and other administrative tasks.
This is a remote, full-time position, ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities· Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
· Customer Support: Assist clients with booking information, schedule changes, and general questions.
· Administrative Tasks: Perform day-to-day administrative duties as requested by management.
· Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on activities, client feedback, and other operational data.
· Task Coordination: Support management with ad-hoc assignments and ensure deadlines are met.
· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital records of client interactions and administrative activities.
Requirements· Strong written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Comfortable working remotely and independently.
· Basic proficiency with common office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Google Workspace).
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Fluent in [insert required language(s), e.g., English/Spanish].
Nice to Have· Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or client-facing role.
· Familiarity with scheduling or booking systems.
