THE OPPORTUNITY

Founded in 2005, our partner has been dedicated to offering wealth management services to select clients, fostering strong partnerships with each of them. Their commitment to providing comprehensive wealth management and retirement planning services remains the same nearly 20 years later. The team, consisting of experienced financial planners and support staff, offers a wide range of financial planning services to individuals, businesses, superannuation fund members, and trustees.

As the team continues to grow, they are looking for a Client Service Administrator based in Manila, Philippines. The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the Financial Advisers in booking client meeting and following up clients where required.

This role will follow a hybrid working arrangement, requiring on-site presence once a month on-site in office, following Australian business hours 6:00AM - 3:00PM Manila.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Review – book appointments for Advisers.
  • Confirm appointments.
  • Receive inbound calls from prospective clients.
  • Prepare review meetings packs including Annual Advice Agreement and Fee consent forms.
  • Sending pre-packs to clients where required.
  • Provide administration Supports to Implementation Associates.
  • Provide support to wider team as required.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • At least 2 years' experience in financial planning.
  • Experience in Financial planning processes, fund manager interactions and administrative tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software (Xplan).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
