They are looking for a Client Service Accounting Administrator who will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences. This role supports the Accounting Team by handling administrative and compliance tasks, ensuring smooth client service delivery.

This position will work full-time during the probation period in ASW's office (BGC, Taiguig City). After that, a hybrid work setup may be applied based on your performance. Working hours from 6 AM to 3 PM every Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with two Client Managers, managing administrative tasks for the Accounting Team.
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding Australian tax and compliance matters, record information, and triage queries to the appropriate Client Manager or contact.
  • Coordinate client onboarding and offboarding to ensure a professional and seamless process.
  • Prepare and lodge BAS and compliance documents with ATO and ASIC.
  • Collect the financial statements, tax returns, and client advice packs for delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity in CRM systems.
  • Assist in maintaining FWO standards for client service, confidentiality, and compliance.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Client Service Administrator or administrative role with exposure to Australian tax and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of payment plans, BAS lodgment, and collation pack preparation.
  • Familiarity with ATO Portal, XERO PM systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with Now Infinity or similar ASIC platforms is a big plus
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Good phone ethic
