About Us: D’Oculus Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company specializing in doors and windows. We are expanding our team and looking for a Sales Assistant to support our growing operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for inquiries and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update sales records and reports
  • Handle email and chat communications with professionalism
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations
Sales and Marketing Assistant (Pampanga/Remote roles)
  • Monitoring of Sales Production
  • Assist Sales Coordinator to ensure that the Sales Target will be delivered
  • Assist sellers/brokers on their Site Tripping and Sales Closing
  • Ensure the completeness of reservation requirements
  • Prepares Weekly, Monthly Sales Report and Sales Target
  • Conducts Move in Orientation to the future homebuyers
  • Assist buyers on House Inspection (Punchlist)
  • Coordinates with Engineering Team regarding Buyer's House Complaints
  • Such other duties as may be determined by the Sales and Marketing Manager from time to time
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any course (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal in English)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Previous sales or admin experience is a plus, but not required
Additional Qualifications and Skills (from Job Description section)
  • A graduate of any 4-year Business-related degree
  • Minimum of 2-year work experience is a MUST
  • With pleasing personality, highly motivated, resourceful and honest
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible and can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Well-versed with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Preferably resident of City of San Fernando, Pampanga and Angeles City
