Who We’re Looking For As part of the global support team based in Parañaque, Metro Manila, we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to provide essential support in reporting, finance coordination, database management, and digital marketing administration. This is a great opportunity for someone with a marketing background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across a broad range of tasks. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Marketing & Campaign Reporting: Collect and compile monthly data from digital, PR, and social media suppliers. Marketing & Campaign Reporting: Analyse trends and create easy-to-read reports for internal teams. Marketing & Campaign Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet reporting deadlines. Accounts Payable Support: Register and track supplier invoices in our invoicing system. Accounts Payable Support: Maintain accurate supplier records and support finance with coding and approvals. Database & Sales Enquiries: Manage weekly downloads of sales data and enquiry reports. Database & Sales Enquiries: Ensure our data is clean, up-to-date, and organised. Database & Sales Enquiries: Respond to internal queries and support the sales team with insights. Marketing Admin Support: Test and maintain enquiry forms and email automation tools (e.g., Vision6). Marketing Admin Support: Distribute pricing updates and land availability to builders. Marketing Admin Support: Manage real estate listings—resize images, update packages, and remove expired listings. Digital Audits & Content: Audit online property listings for accuracy and consistency. Digital Audits & Content: Work with digital agencies to keep website and touchscreen content up to date.
