Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth across paid media channels. This role focuses primarily on managing and optimizing Google Ads while expanding into Meta and additional platforms such as Bing. The ideal candidate has proven experience running high-budget campaigns, thrives in data, and can balance execution with building scalable, defensible paid media strategies. This is an individual contributor role; you will be directly in the platforms, analyzing performance, developing tests, and implementing changes that maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns (primarily Google Ads) with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
  • Build and expand paid social campaigns on Meta, ensuring strategies are data-driven and measurable.
  • Explore and test additional performance marketing channels (e.g., Bing, emerging platforms) to diversify and strengthen acquisition.
  • Conduct deep performance analyses to uncover insights, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Own A/B testing strategies for creative, audience targeting, and bidding approaches.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations, partnering with analytics and marketing stakeholders.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and growth targets, while staying current on industry best practices.
Skills / Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Proven success managing large-scale budgets with measurable ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
  • Experience with data architecture and tracking setup (Google Analytics, GTM, pixel implementation).
  • Proficiency with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communicator who can present insights and recommendations clearly.
