Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage field marketing campaigns, including in-person events, trade shows, product demos, and promotional activities.
  • Build relationships with local customers, partners, and potential clients to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align field marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies and company goals.
  • Engage with prospects and customers at events, gathering feedback and nurturing relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support local sales efforts and provide them with necessary marketing resources.
  • Monitor local competition and market trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with planning and executing events, trade shows, or similar field marketing activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel frequently to attend events and support field activities.
  • Creative and adaptable, with the ability to think on your feet and adjust plans when necessary.
