Monitor local competition and market trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related roles. Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Experience with planning and executing events, trade shows, or similar field marketing activities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Willingness to travel frequently to attend events and support field activities. Creative and adaptable, with the ability to think on your feet and adjust plans when necessary.
