Overview

Social Media Marketing Specialist at GrowthPair. We are seeking a social media marketer to support our efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn. The role is ideal for someone passionate about social media and focused on developing and executing strategies, creating content, managing online communities, and analyzing performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to the target audience.
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Design graphics and visuals using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Edit video content for performance and engagement.
  • Use social media marketing tools to track performance and audience insights.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a social media marketing role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Experience with social media analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ET).
  • Remote/work-from-anywhere arrangement.
