Job Overview

The
Brand Marketing Officer
will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies across both digital and offline channels. This role requires someone with a balance of
creativity, analytical thinking, and commercial acumen
, ensuring that our brand remains competitive, visible, and relevant in the FMCG space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement
    brand marketing plans
    that drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
  • Manage and execute
    digital marketing campaigns
    across social media, e-commerce platforms, and online ads.
  • Oversee
    trade marketing activities
    , including in-store promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale execution.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure brand strategies align with trade requirements and retail execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to optimize brand positioning.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (digital and trade), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, operations) to ensure cohesive brand execution.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of
    3–5 years of experience
    in
    brand marketing
    , with strong exposure to both
    digital marketing
    and
    trade marketing
    (preferably in FMCG).
  • Knowledge of digital platforms, advertising tools, and trade marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Willing to work
    on-site in Marikina City
    .
