Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-drivenAssistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for our food service and manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, driving product performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Brand Strategy Execution:

  • Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to strengthen market position and achieve business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely and efficient rollouts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional materials and product messaging.

Product Performance Monitoring:

  • Track the performance of products in the market, including sales, distribution, and customer feedback.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize product positioning and performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product development, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and product availability.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for advertising, media, and promotional activities.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all marketing materials and activities align with the brand’s identity, vision, and values.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the brand manager and leadership team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the food service or manufacturing industry(required) .
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, market research tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
