Overview

Digital Marketing Specialist / Live Host Seller Job Description:

  • Engage with customers through live video streams.
  • Showcase and demonstrate products in real-time.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
  • Drive sales and encourage purchases during live sessions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan live events.
  • Analyze viewer engagement and sales metrics for improvement.
  • Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
  • Formulate online sales strategies relevant to the product and sales of the company in the online community
  • Create contents such as videos, motion graphics, and still images for social media promotional collaterals for events like sales, flash sales, payday, engagement contents, etc.
  • Produced contents to be uploaded on socials.
Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
Experience
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media.
  • Experience as a live seller/host on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Shopee Live, or Lazada Live is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
  • Knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media algorithms, SEO, and basic e-commerce operations.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and generate reports.
Hosting Skills
  • Confident, engaging, and energetic on camera.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to connect with viewers and drive product engagement and sales during live sessions.
Creative & Marketing Skills
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for posts, captions, and product highlights.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate collaboration is a plus.
Personal Attributes
  • Outgoing and persuasive personality.
  • Sales-oriented mindset.
  • Can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to work on flexible schedules, including weekends or evenings during live selling events.
Other Requirements
  • Must be comfortable being the “face” of the brand during live streams.
  • Must have a strong presence on camera and be able to demonstrate and explain products with enthusiasm.
  • Willing to occasionally assist with customer service or product feedback collection after lives.
