Lead Generation Specialist (open to Fresh Graduates) Under the direction of the Business Development Manager, the Lead Generation Specialist/Appointment Setter performs a variety of duties for sales management in the Sales Department. Specific Duties Contacts prospective clients via telephone and email and ensures that these calls convert to appointments for the Sales Team. Maintains detailed schedules and reminds the team and customers of meeting details. Prioritizes appointments to maximize revenue. Answers incoming calls from prospective clients and schedules meetings with the sales team. Properly explains the company and its products and services to customers when making an appointment. Provides reports on all calls done for each day. Performs other tasks assigned by the BDM, Directors, or COO. Education Degree or Diploma preferably in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines. Experience Fresh graduates are welcome. Appointment setter experience is an advantage. Outstanding listening skills, attention to detail, excellent phone etiquette, professional and courteous disposition, results‑oriented.
