Job Description

The Master Data Governance Specialist I ((Associate Professional, Reports & Data Analytics) is part of PSS RDA organization. Responsible for management and administration of enterprise data domains globally, ensuring high levels of data quality, integrity, availability, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and privacy.

  • Central product setup, including searchable attributes, vendor setup, maintenance, and governance.
  • Ensure business requirements are met while adhering to global standards.
  • Setup and maintain commodity codes in SAP and ensure data coherence between systems.
  • Perform quality control and cleansing of master data.
  • Support countries according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with product and vendor creation and maintenance processes.
  • Analyze and audit item creation and change requests.
  • Identify data mismatches and continuously strive for process improvement.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and datasets, ensuring compliance with deliverable reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business, Finance, or IT.
  • Good understanding of data structures.
  • Intermediate MS Excel user.
  • Basic business knowledge in inventory management and purchasing operations.
  • Experience working in a multicultural team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Specialist to support daily operations by generating and reviewing data reports. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data management.

  • Generate and update daily data reports.
  • Verify and check data accuracy before submission.
  • Use Excel formulas and functions to organize, analyze, and validate data.
  • Maintain proper documentation of reports and records.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide timely and accurate data support.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data functions).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in data management or reporting is an advantage.
