We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive who can develop growth strategies, tactics, and action plans for the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia markets. This is a division role, and duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Execute organizational and team strategies and policies.
- Assist in planning the expansion of the customer base.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, including key figures, top spenders, and guilds.
- Ensure mutual understanding, preferences, and needs.
- Provide comprehensive support to all clients.
- Plan and conduct visits to various clients.
- Identify and acquire new clients.
- Expand market reach and foster collaborative opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support for new customer groups.
- Achieve sales unit KPIs, including group and individual targets.
- Develop and propose projects that can be integrated with clients.
- Present innovative ideas and create products for clients.
- Report on operational results for each section and submit reports to the supervising manager.
- Prepare presentations, quotations, and essential operational documents.
- Engage in negotiations and client discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Handle pressure effectively from clients and partners.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Understand and convey meeting agendas effectively to the team.
- Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
- Knowledge in managing influencers is advantageous.
- Experience in negotiation, sales, or customer service is valued.
- Prior experience as an account executive or in sales is beneficial.
- Familiarity with online games is an added advantage.
