This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring financial health, and implementing strategies to support business objectives. The CFO will focus on financial planning, risk management, compliance, and operational efficiency to drive sustainable growth. Job Description Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and financial risk management. Provide strategic financial insights to the executive leadership team. Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and working capital for financial stability. Maintain relationships with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and legal advisors. Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting and cost efficiency. Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Extensive financial management experience in a multinational environment. Strong leadership and collaboration skills across all levels of the organisation. Proven ability to drive financial efficiency, risk mitigation, and operational improvements. Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and accounting standards.
