Role We’re looking for a Creative Agency Account Executive who will manage projects, handle content requirements, and serve as the middle person between clients and the creative team. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at ensuring revisions and outputs meet client expectations. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, content production, or related creative/marketing roles. Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and campaign execution. Excellent organizational and leadership skills for managing timelines, deliverables, and multiple projects. Detail-oriented with the ability to catch gaps, ensure revisions reflect client feedback, and maintain on-brand output. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively manage client relationships and team alignment. Responsibilities Lead projects from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality, on-brand campaigns. Act as the main liaison between clients and the creative team — gathering feedback, managing revisions, and ensuring client expectations are met. Oversee the content creation process, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within scope. Review and approve content/assets before release, maintaining quality and attention to detail. Provide clear guidance to creatives and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders. Track project progress, prepare performance updates, and propose improvements for future campaigns.
