Job Description
  • Lead end-to-end QA delivery across multiple client projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including testers, automation engineers, and business analysts.
  • Define and implement structured QA methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Engage directly with C-level stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Handle escalations, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Delivery Manager should have:

  • Ideally 15-20+ years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years in QA leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in insurance or healthcare domains.
  • Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, test strategy, and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, JMeter).
  • Experience managing large teams and complex delivery programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite
