Position Overview
We are seeking a Reginal
Service Delivery Manager
to oversee the delivery of managed onsite AV services for key financial services clients across the APAC region. Based in Manila, this role will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement in service delivery. While experience in AV solutions is a plus, a strong background in service delivery management is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of AV managed services for major financial clients in the Asia Pacific region.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related matters.
- Lead and support a team of onsite event managers and technical support staff, ensuring high performance and professionalism.
- Monitor service levels and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, account management, and technical operations to align service delivery with client expectations.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and best practices in AV service delivery.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to meet service delivery goals efficiently.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on service performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with AV technologies and solutions is advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale service operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric mindset.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
