About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced
SAP AMS Service Delivery Manager (SDM)
to oversee the delivery of SAP support and enhancement services for enterprise clients. This role bridges technical delivery and client engagement, ensuring SLAs are met, teams are aligned, and continuous service improvement is prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end SAP AMS delivery for enterprise clients
  • Ensure SLA/KPI targets are consistently achieved
  • Lead cross-functional, multi-location teams (including offshore)
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, including senior stakeholders
  • Drive service improvement initiatives and identify value-add opportunities
  • Oversee incident, problem, change, and service request processes (aligned with ITIL)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on SAP AMS delivery or service management.
  • Strong background in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or industry-specific SAP solutions
  • Hands-on experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP SolMan)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to manage large, distributed delivery teams
  • SAP and/or ITIL certification is a plus
