Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the Application Program to ensure all work hours of developers are charged to the correct project codes each month and on time.
  • Report to the onshore program finance lead to capitalize the hours/time of all developers at Quantrics.
  • Perform administrative duties related to project finance and scheduling.
  • Produce, track, and maintain invoicing and payment schedules.
  • Implement changes to project finance, manage data and systems.
  • Identify discrepancies in financial aspects and evaluate impacts to the project.
  • Evaluate cost, schedule, and KPI (including Earned Value Management) to measure project performance.
  • Process change requests and implement changes to project schedule.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting during the project life cycle.
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Execute the control processes implemented by the Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Participate in, and potentially lead, process and procedure improvement activities and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project control in a project management environment.
  • CAPM or PMP is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
