PROJECT CONTROLLER for telco projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensures a project meets its objectives by tracking progress, monitoring activities and expenditures, identifying issues, and providing feedback to improve project effectiveness. Collecting and analyzing data, creating reports, facilitating data gathering, conducting site visits, and maintaining project database.

  • Develop and Refine Monitoring Frameworks: Design and implement monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans, processes, and tools, including identifying key project indicators.
  • Track Project Progress: Monitor all project activities, progress, and performance against objectives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage Project Data: Collect, analyze, and manage project data, often using M&E databases and other data management tools.
  • Report and Communicate: Provide regular reports on project progress, identify potential delays or bottlenecks, and communicate updates and issues to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a link between the project team and various stakeholders, collecting information and coordinating efforts to ensure effective implementation.
  • Conduct Field Visits: Perform site visits and spot-checks to verify progress and implementation quality at the ground level.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Report on any deviations from design, monitor material availability, and ensure that projects adhere to budget, timeline, and scope requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably graduate of BS Civil engineering or any related course.
  • Willing to commute or relocate
  • Willing to render overtime
  • Open for fresh graduates
