What You'll Do

• Be part of our client's team as an IT Project Coordinator , overseeing multiple software development projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with developers, and translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Provide light executive assistance and bookkeeping support to help operations run efficiently.

• Shift: Day Shift (9 AM onwards, NZ time)

What We're Looking For

• Must-Haves
  • Minimum of 3 years\' experience coordinating IT or software development projects
  • Strong background in working directly with developers and managing project interdependencies
  • Proven ability to structure project activities and tasks in a clear, actionable manner
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Nice to Have
  • Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops
  • Knowledge of Azure or other cloud-based platforms
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience handling basic bookkeeping such as bank reconciliations and cashflow forecasts in Xero
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to research and present findings concisely
  • Experience managing professional content such as LinkedIn profiles

What You'll Be Handling

• Manage at least two IT/software development projects, ensuring milestones, workflows, and deliverables are met
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to track progress, resolve blockers, and align priorities
• Maintain and update project boards (ClickUp, Jira, Azure Dev Ops) to reflect accurate progress and reporting
• Translate business requirements into structured, actionable project tasks and priorities
• Define and track daily and weekly priorities for projects to ensure alignment across teams
• Coordinate with developers on project milestones, progress, and deliverables
• Prepare and refine business documentation, reports, and client presentations
• Provide light executive assistant support such as calendar and email management with accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform basic bookkeeping support including bank reconciliations and timely pay runs in Xero
