Position: Project Engineer (Civil or Geodetic Engineer)

Work Address: Onsite – Cainta, Rizal; field-based depending on project location

Work Setup: Onsite / Field-based

Work Schedule: Field-based: 6 days/week, Office-based: 5 days/week

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a Project Engineer with a background in Civil or Geodetic Engineering to join our team. This role involves managing and executing geodetic survey projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of survey outputs. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to work in dynamic field conditions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage geodetic surveying teams
• Conduct land surveys to determine positions, elevations, and other surface features
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment (total station, GPS, level, etc.)
• Analyze and interpret survey data to meet project specifications
• Prepare technical documents, survey plans, and drawings
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Submit weekly progress reports and survey outputs
• Address potential survey issues proactively

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Licensed Geodetic or Civil Engineer
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of operating surveying equipment (total station, GPS, level)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel frequently to project sites
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience managing a team of surveying aides
• Familiarity with geodetic standards and project documentation
