Our client is looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to focus on proposals and bidding for audio-visual projects. He/she will craft detailed proposals and bids for projects ranging from simple Sonos audio-video installations to complex systems with automated shades.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Daylight Time, (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time) follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
Essential Functions

  • Prepare accurate and competitive proposals for audio-visual projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications
  • Develop bids for projects, from basic Sonos setups to high-end AV systems with automated shades
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and profitability
  • Perform cost estimations for labor, materials, and equipment to support bidding processes
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to clarify project requirements and timelines
  • Stay informed on industry trends to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in project estimation, proposal writing, and bidding processes
  • Experience in audio-visual systems, including Sonos and complex AV setups with automated shades (training provided if needed).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and project management software
