Job Summary

In this role, you will play a key part in developing engaging visual content, maintaining internal and external communication channels, and ensuring brand consistency across materials. Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals, and client presentation materials.
• Manage and update content for internal platforms like the company intranet (One-Stop).
• Support brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
• Assist with the creation and layout of bid documents, ensuring alignment with submission requirements.
• Organize and maintain bid-related materials using tools like Ceros (nice to have, not required).
• Utilize Monday.com to coordinate and track marketing projects and tasks.
• Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
• Provide additional administrative and marketing support as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written skills
• Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator.
• Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools is highly preferred, with experience in digital marketing platforms like Ceros and Loomly considered a plus.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills ability to facilitate effective cross-team collaboration.
