Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales channels for solar products, including solar panels, inverters, and related items. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, follow up on sales opportunities, achieve sales targets, and expand market share. Develop sales plans and strategies, analyze market demands, and implement effective marketing strategies. Assist in formulating the company's product pricing strategy and adjust sales strategies based on market feedback. Provide sales reports, conduct market analysis, and gather customer feedback to suggest product improvements and development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Electronic Engineering, or related fields. Experience in solar product sales and understanding of the solar energy industry market and product features. Strong sales and negotiation skills, capable of independently conducting sales activities and meeting targets. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach to enhance sales efficiency. Deep knowledge of the renewable energy market, with the ability to provide technical support and advice to clients. Preference for candidates with prior experience representing solar products, especially in channel sales and system integration (SI). Candidates with experience working with brands like Huawei, Solis, Growatt, Goodwe, Deye, Kstar, etc., will be prioritized. Other Requirements: Proactive, responsible, capable of working under pressure, and proficient in self-management. Exceptional customer relationship management skills, adept at handling customer issues and complaints. Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
