Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales channels for solar products, including solar panels, inverters, and related items. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, follow up on sales opportunities, achieve sales targets, and expand market share. Develop sales plans and strategies, analyze market demands, and implement effective marketing strategies. Assist in formulating the company's product pricing strategy and adjust sales approaches based on market feedback. Provide sales reports, market analysis, and customer feedback, and offer suggestions for product improvements and development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Electronic Engineering, or related fields. Experience in solar product sales, with understanding of the solar energy industry market and product features. Strong sales skills and negotiation abilities, capable of independently conducting sales activities and meeting targets. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit to enhance sales efficiency through collaboration. Deep knowledge of the renewable energy market, able to provide technical support and advice to clients. Preference for candidates with previous experience representing solar products, channel sales, and system integration (SI). Priority will be given to candidates with prior sales experience for well-known brands such as Huawei, Solis, Growatt, Goodwe, Deye, Kstar, etc. Other Requirements: Proactive, responsible, capable of handling work pressure, and proficient in self-management. Exceptional customer relationship management skills, adept at handling customer issues and complaints.
