Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and persuasive Tele-Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team In Philippines . In this role, you will handle inbound leads, consult with potential customers over the phone, and convert them into happy solar and battery clients. This is a target-driven role focused on residential customers, with uncapped commissions and full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on existing leads via phone, SMS, and email
- Conduct phone consultations to assess customer needs and energy usage
- Educate potential customers on solar PV systems, battery storage, and rebates
- Provide customised quotes using company software and tools
- Overcome objections and close sales confidently over the phone
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up consistently
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, quotes, conversions)
- Stay updated on products, government incentives, and industry trends
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a phone-based sales or customer service role
- Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills
- Strong closing skills with a consultative sales approach
- Ability to handle objections and remain motivated under pressure
- Basic computer literacy (CRM, email, quoting software)
- Solar industry experience is highly desirable but not essential
