Job DescriptionPrince Retail Group of Companies (PRINCE HYPERMART) is a one–stop shop offering Grocery/Supermarket, General Merchandise, and Department Stores items with various customer services. The company aims to provide affordable, quality merchandise and personalized customer service across communities they serve.
Qualifications & experience- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course
- At least 6 months relevant work experience
- Assist customer concerns and queries, and ensure resolution while maintaining a professional customer approach.
- Maintain store ambience through appropriate store music, jingle, and communications from Head Office.
- Answer external and internal calls and relay communications as needed.

- Ensure service delivered meets contractual KPIs.
- Clarify customer requirements; probe, and use resources to provide resolution.
- Listen, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport with customers.
- Greet customers courteously and professionally.
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
- Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriate account notations.
- Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Offer additional products and/or services; track and document information in call tracking databases.
- Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or more senior staff.
- High school diploma; 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
- Strong computer navigation skills; proficient PC knowledge.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Multitasking ability; flexible and adaptable to changes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team or independently.
- Patience in all customer contact situations; maintains a pleasant and professional tone.
- Ability to rotate shifts as needed; location/program requirements may vary.
