We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide information about products and services. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service complaints by clarifying the customer’s concern, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications:
- High School or Senior High School graduate.
- At least average to excellent English communication skills.
- Available to start ASAP.
- No call center experience required for some positions.
