Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide information about products and services. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service complaints by clarifying the customer’s concern, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications:

  • High School or Senior High School graduate.
  • At least average to excellent English communication skills.
  • Available to start ASAP.
  • No call center experience required for some positions.
