We are seeking a experienced AR Claims Representative to join our growing Healthcare BPO team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end medical billing cycle, ensuring timely collections, following up on unpaid claims, and maintaining healthy cash flow for healthcare providers in the US.

Responsibilities
  • Perform follow-ups with insurance companies (payers) on outstanding claims (AR).
  • Analyze and resolve denied or rejected claims using payer portals or calling payers directly.
  • Work on aging reports to minimize AR days.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all activities in the billing system.
  • Coordinate with the billing and coding teams to resolve claim-related issues.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal data security standards.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, End to End Claims, Medical Claims Billing or Healthcare Collections
  • Willingness to work night shifts
  • Prior experience in a medical billing company and use of medical billing software is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Healthcare terminology is a plus
