Compensation Control – Salaries, Benefits & Pension SME - AVP Join to apply for the Compensation Control – Salaries, Benefits & Pension SME - AVP role at Deutsche Bank. Position Overview Compensation Control is responsible for group-wide compensation planning, forecasting and analysis, month-end closure, and financial reporting of compensation and benefits. This role is the Salaries, Benefits & Pension (SBP) Subject Matter Expert for Global Compensation, overseeing governance and reporting across all regions and entities. It validates and controls SBP costs, ensuring periodic reviews detect irregularities and balances are substantiated while partnering with business and HR stakeholders for cost insights. Responsible for validating and controlling SBP costs, ensuring periodic reviews detect irregularities and balances are fully substantiated. Provides technical insights and expertise that support daily operations of the team. Conducts root-cause analysis of issues and performs validation and control of salaries, benefits and pension costs, ensuring periodic reviews detect irregularities and reported balances are substantiated. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent with Accounting courses. Knowledge of salaries, benefits, and pension policies governing proper accounting. Stakeholder management skills with excellent written and verbal communication. Team player who can effectively influence stakeholders.
