Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of a nationwide sales strategy aligned with company goals, market realities, and regional performance metrics.
- Build and manage a structured sales funnel across geographies with rigorous tracking, continuous optimization, and accountability frameworks.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a national network of brokers and agents, driving performance through segmentation, tiering, loyalty programs, and incentives.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales operations team, deploying tools, dashboards, and playbooks for visibility, forecasting, and scalable conversion.
- Collaborate with Acquisition, Pre-Construction & Construction, and Account Management teams to ensure property readiness, handover, and post-sale support.
- Partner with Marketing to design campaigns, activation\'s, and lead generation strategies that strengthen broker performance and regional traction.
- Provide structured feedback from brokers and buyers to inform pricing, go-to-market, and product strategies.
- Own sales reporting and analytics, delivering dashboards and insights to senior leadership.
- Lead competitor and market bench marking to stay ahead of trends and evolving buyer behavior.
- Continuously refine the partner model and sales execution playbook based on performance data and field insights.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in sales, channel development, or network management, ideally in high-growth or distributed environments.
- Proven success in building and scaling high-performing external partner or broker networks.
- Background in fintech, insurance, telco, or consumer services is advantageous.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to turn strategy into field-level execution and measurable results.
- Data-driven, with expertise in performance tracking, analytics, and continuous optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
