Responsibilities Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with sales goals and company objectives. Analyze retail distribution data, market trends, and consumer behavior to make informed decisions. Monitor and forecast product demand to optimize inventory levels and prevent overstock or stockouts. Work with Marketing and Sales teams to plan promotions, product launches, and in-store displays. Create and manage pricing strategies that are competitive and aligned with profitability targets. Oversee product placement in stores and ensure visual merchandising standards are met. Monitor competitors’ activities and market changes to adjust merchandising plans proactively. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to manage product flow and availability. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and merchandising effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field. Proven experience in retail merchandising, planning, or buying. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Excel and retail inventory management systems. Must be equipped with a personal laptop/device for work. Can start ASAP. Comfortable working in a lean, startup environment with a hands-on approach. Practical, resourceful, and solution-oriented – no task is too small or too big. #J-18808-Ljbffr
