HR Assistant - Compensation and Benefits
Job Description
Responsibilities- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
- Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up for meetings
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors
- Must be a degree holder of Bachelor of Science Major in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Exposure to payroll practices
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
Schedule- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
- 13th month salary
Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education- Bachelor's (preferred)
- Compensation and Benefits: 1 year (preferred)
- English (preferred)
