CRM AdministratorWe are looking for a CRM Administrator for a fast-growing and pioneering US-based company. This onsite role is based at Gateway Tower, Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines. The position is with a US tech company (in-house) and offers a competitive salary with health care coverage. It also provides strong career growth opportunities as we establish PH operations. Work-life integration features weekends off and usually no work on US holidays.
Responsibilities- CRM and ERP Systems Administration and Data Governance
- Configure and maintain SalesHub CRM properties, deal pipelines, automation workflows, and user permissions to support business processes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design and implement lead capture forms, email templates, and landing pages aligned with campaign strategies.
- Monitor CRM performance and usage to ensure optimal system health, user compliance, and governance standards.
- Oversee data synchronization between HubSpot (SalesHub) and NetSuite ERP, coordinating with IT and Sales to ensure data consistency and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues using Celigo or Workato; identify process enhancements to reduce manual effort.
- Build and manage real-time dashboards in SalesHub to visualize sales funnel metrics, lead behavior, and revenue trends.
- Deliver timely, actionable reports to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations for planning and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with leadership to define key business metrics and evolve reporting frameworks as goals shift.
- Lead data stewardship within SalesHub, including deduplication, property management, and maintaining logical associations between CRM records.
- Analyze key sales metrics such as lead-to-opportunity conversion, deal velocity, and win/loss trends to uncover performance gaps.
- Maintain dynamic forecast dashboards to support leadership in projecting revenue by rep, channel, or product.
- Monitor sales pipeline health and activity to ensure consistent deal progression and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Marketing to segment CRM data, manage lead scoring models, and refine engagement workflows.
- Support campaign execution – emails, webinars and outbound activities – and measure impact using SalesHub and MarketingHub analytics.
- Serve as the go-to resource for CRM inquiries, technical support, and system enhancement requests.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, onboarding resources, and training guides to promote CRM proficiency.
- Conduct training sessions and manage permissions, team structures, and default views to align with organizational structure.
- Streamline sales and marketing operations by improving workflows, lead routing, and automation features like sequences and triggers.
- Drive continuous CRM enhancements based on user feedback, evolving business needs and new platform capabilities.
- Perform regular system audits to detect performance gaps and enhance data-driven decision-making efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, customizations, integration and reporting practices.
- Develop and update data flow diagrams between SalesHub and NetSuite to aid troubleshooting and user onboarding.
- Log major system changes and version history to ensure transparency, track improvements and support compliance efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and principles.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and CRM-to-ERP data integrations using platforms such as Celigo, Dell Boomi, or Workato.
- Experience with middleware or iPaaS tools for system integration (e.g., Celigo, Workato, Zapier) is preferred.
- Proficient in data transformation, mapping, and cleansing best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management experience; able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- 3+ years of experience as a CRM Administrator, with hands-on experience managing SalesHub in HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with automating business processes, creating reports/dashboards, and data analysis/modeling.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret data and follow complex instructions.
- Ability to perform intermediate math calculations (percentages).
- Working knowledge of SQL or data query tools for ad hoc analysis.
