Spinify is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our remote-first team and sell a product that makes work fun. We are on a mission to make work more engaging and rewarding by blending friendly competition with motivational psychology to boost performance and collaboration. You will own the sales cycle from the moment a qualified lead is handed off to you, focusing on demonstration, negotiation, and closing. Deliver compelling value-driven product demonstrations, manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot, and consistently exceed your targets. As a remote team member, you will collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to drive growth and contribute to our virtual culture. Requirements A firm requirement to work within standard USA business timezones to collaborate with our team and serve our primary market. 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a closing role with a consistent and verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Deep understanding and practical application of value-based sales methodologies, especially GAP Selling . Familiarity with Solution Selling is a plus. Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar), including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong use of open-ended questions and active listening to diagnose customer needs, build rapport, and instill trust. Proven ability to deliver compelling SaaS product demonstrations that go beyond features and articulate how the solution bridges the gap to desired outcomes. Strong presentation skills and ability to run remote/Zoom demos that engage multiple stakeholders. Bonus: Experience or interest in gamification, employee engagement, or sales performance platforms.
