The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a deep understanding of IT products and services, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for driving revenue growth. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales Development – Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and email campaigns. Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement targeted sales plans to drive revenue and expand market presence. Client Relationship Management – Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs and providing tailored solutions. Product Presentations & Demos – Effectively communicate the value of IT products and services through presentations and live demonstrations. Market & Competitor Analysis – Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies. Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with marketing, technical, and customer support teams to optimize sales efforts and enhance customer experience. Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets – Consistently meet or surpass sales quotas while contributing to overall company growth. Reporting & Performance Tracking – Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and management insights. Qualifications Experience: Proven track record in IT sales, business development, or a similar role. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT solutions such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, software, and managed services. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles. Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions effectively.Goal-oriented & Self-Motivated: A proactive mindset focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Team Player & Independent Worker: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
